• The YEEO application brings together or constitutes a link between customers and beneficiaries with general maintenance and construction services companies and all their types of service in one platform through the YEEO application and hereinafter referred to as (the “customer”, “the beneficiary”, “the service applicant”, “yours” or “your private property” or “service provider” or “person” or “general maintenance and construction services companies of all kinds of service”).
• ABGA Systems and Information Technology Trading Company LLC owns and operates the YEEO application, and this application connects the customer with various service providers such as maintenance and construction of all kinds of service without any responsibility for the subsequent contractual relationship between them.

• This Privacy policy document describes how your personal information is collected, processed, used, and disclosed as a data controller. When you contact us, we contact you, and likewise when you purchase any products or services on our application and/or use or interact with our application.

• We have formulated this policy in accordance with applicable laws and international code of practices. Along with our commitment to protect your personal information provided while using our website and application.

1.1 This Privacy Policy document is supplemental to the Terms and Conditions of Service (the “Service’s Terms and Conditions Document”) and is included within the Terms and Conditions by this reference.

The company verification information we may require to provide includes company name, bank, and payment details (including credit and debit card details), service provider corporate address, geolocation, telephone number(s), email address and any other information that may occasionally lead to disclosure and verification of the presence of the company in the state and that this company is licensed.

8.1 This Privacy Policy may be modified from time to time as a result of any changes in applicable laws and international best practices without serving any notice to you and it is your responsibility to check regularly to determine if a new version of the Privacy Policy has been uploaded, without any liability to the Company.

9.1 We operate channels, pages, and accounts on certain social media sites to inform, assist and interact with customers. We monitor and record comments and posts made on these channels around us so that we can improve our services and we are not responsible for any information posted on those sites other than information we have posted ourselves. We do not support the social media sites themselves or any information posted on them by third parties.
